Best Gig bag

My yearly rant about gig bags is due, and I guess this thread is as good as any.

Why are the backpack straps still mounted so low? I feel like Herman Munster when I use a bag with those straps and go thru a doorway. That's why I bought a GruvGear Sliver. Jay thinks like I do when it comes to straps. He hates the Herman Munster look, too.
I also don't want the thing bouncing off my butt.

The Gator ProGo does have an extremely useful feature a lot of the others do not- a handle on the front middle. This should be standard on all gig bags.

Got the Harvest Leather antique bass bag. It's as nice as I thought it'd be. For that money, thank goodness lol

The padding is this neo-space-age material, both giving and quite firm. It's not the lightest bag, but it's easily the toughest gig bag I've ever wielded, and my Gator ProGo is a serious carrier. Spacing on the backpack straps is not quite as ergonomic as the ProGo, but as good as other bags I've slung. The buckles are slower than zippers but worth the tradeoff for pure style heh, and the bag is, to me, just *gorgeous*. I'm happy.
