Looking to buy some new IEMs as the stock ones that came with my Shure aren't cutting it. Looking at custom molds. Was thinking about the InEarz Pro 450 which are just under $500, but what are some alternatives? Thanks everyone!

but serious question..
Do the Se215's ( I assume that's what you got with your Shure) actually FIT?
Meaning, do universal fit work for your situation ?
If they do, how about Westone UM30 or equivalents. You'll get "more" for you buck with universals as you're not paying for the custom molds.
That said, I love my 1964 Qi's and A8's.
Will never go back to wedges - given the choice!
I have small ear canals, so no universal fit "sleeves" have ever worked for me..
The Qis' (discontinued) were $540 when I bought them

Yes, I have the Shure SE215. They are not bad, but certainly not great. Not great separation and the lows are lacking in general and aren't defined.
They fit fine. I have normal to slightly large ear canals, so that's not an issue. I'd like a 3 or 4 driver quality set of IEMs. Maybe I can achieve what I need without doing molds and possibly get more bang for the buck?

Westone UM Pro30 . Love em!!!!!! Wayyyyy better than anything by Shure that I've tried that was under $500.
Oh and by the way, The UM Pro 5's are on sale for $439 at MusiciansFriend right now! I think they are normally between $600 - $700 !
FWIW; I've been gigging the UM30's for the past 18 months. Sound is stellar, when they are inserted properly. The problem I have with them is that they tend to work out of the canal when I am singing, particularly higher register. And, as they get dislodged, the sound falls WAY off.
I'm going to go with @s0c9, that the 1964 design is by far superior. Of course, it's also about twice the price. You get what you pay for.

There's NOTHING wrong with the UM series.. they are GREAT buds..
However, no universal buds will sound [quite] as good as custom molds - it's the nature of the beast.
If universals work for you and don't lose their seal when you move your jaw, open your mouth, sing or turn your head. .AWESOME!
USE them !!! I still recommend TRIPLE drivers or better for bassists.
PS: I have small ear canals and had to go the custom route as universals do not stay put in my ears. NO seal. No bass.
