Best iPad Lightning Interface

I'm looking for an interface I can set on my desk or music stand with my iPad Air that'll do this:

Record my guitar/bass input into an application
Output to my studio monitors and bass amplifier

Output can be line level, I'd like to run the output to my FX Input on my amplifier.

Many I see can handle the input quite easily, it's the output options that are all limited

Bump, thinking of going with the Griffinstudio Lightning. Can run RCA line out to my monitors and / or bass amp it looks like.

Best? Probably the Apogee Duet or RME Babyface

Apogee Duet looks like it might be the one. Pricey, but can use it with my laptop as well. Thanks, will check other offerings from Apogee as well.

The Apogee One (the newer version of it) is pretty decent as well, although I'm not sure that it has outputs for monitors.

RME is very high quality stuff. The FireFace is one of the best smaller interfaces available. The BabyFace is supposed to be excellent although I have no direct experience with it.

Then you can use any USB audio interface that is Class Compliant compatible.

The biggest problem I have with the iPad/USB interface scenario is that you can't charge the Ipad while the Interface is connected.
I believe the Apogee One and the Dock can do that.

I have the iRig HD. It's pretty decent for the price. The software that it comes with can be spotty, but generally fine. Works well with Garageband.

When I bought mine, it was really the only interface that had a lightning connector instead of the old 15 pin cord. It also comes with a standard USB interface to hook it up to a laptop if you have one.

I have recorded bass and guitar with it, and both do pretty well.
