I use these -
no clue how you dudes hold on to tiny jazz picks or super heavies.
they just fly instantly out of my hands.
I used Tortex for years, but I think the Ultex stuff sounds and feels better.

40+ years as a pick-only player (Bass VI, you know).
Tried dozens, settled on these... sort of an oversized jazz pick.
Great control, no pick noise, and they wear pretty well.

Ultex 1.0mm. They have the right amount of flex and they seem to get sticky as they get warm. I love them. Never dropped one and have great snap to them.
