Best Pickguard for 93 Bluburst Ray4h.

Got a 93 2EQ Stingray 4H and a few pickguards around. I think it's gonna be the backup DADG bass, as that's also a pre-2006 2EQ as well. Maybe E/Eb std. Not sure which of the two it looks like.

I don't think they're in the correct order, but this might be my first poll. 85% sure.

I also like the clear pickguard. It really shows off the colour of the bass.

I think I like all of them except for the plain white, but if I had to choose I’d go white pearl. Black pearl would look killer too if you had it.

I had an '88 blueburst Stingray with a highly figured birdseye maple neck, gorgeous bass... clear pickguard.

I’m not normally a clear pickguard guy, but in this case it seems like the best option. Really allows the color of the bass to pop.

I love those Smurf Blueburst Stingrays from that era. I really wanted one at the time and still keep an eye open for a Stingray 5 in that finish now and then.

Because white was the standard configuration with that finish back then, that's what I'd go with. White pearloid is also nice. Actually, they all look good so you can't really go wrong. My choice is based on nostalgia.

I have never liked white guards. Black looks real good, but clear is the winner on this

Black ties the neck dots into the overall scheme and makes a more cohesive look. The others look like the neck is some add-on thing, not part a complete package.

I voted for the pearl, and I'm not ashamed to admit it! It adds that little bit of sparkle to the bass without becoming overbearing.

Orange sparkle would be my first choice, but if the 4, definitely clear!
