Best power amp

)The best can't be selected until you list the criteria for its use. Light weight is hardly the main concern when "best amp" is wanted.
When you match gain then Sonically all power amps are identical and it's been this way for decades.
Except for models with DSP.
Lightweight is one feature you mention.
What are the others?
Hard to find but try the Peavey IPR II, or Crest Pro-Lite. The only amps in the world that provide built in MaxxBass in their DSP models. MaxxBass can have a distinct advantage in difficult rooms. i.e. cut the boom but keep the bass.
