I'm really not getting what the question is about. There are many responses incongruent to an Irish pub. Are you asking how to spend a pile of cash to get a smaller rig that does same or better job than what you have now? That's what it amounts to.

I've used a single Peavey DataBass 450 watt/1x15" combo for the last 25 years, almost always not though a PA, and it never let me down (except for a few times when the Black Widow blew...) There were occasional flings with an SVT, (I never much cared for SVTs, sacrilege, I know) Acoustic 360 (love 360s, but moving one is out of the question at age 57) Peavey Mark IV, (I really like those heads) GK 1001RB (meh) and one-night stands with an SWR Super Redhead (HATED it) and a Trace Elliot 500 watt combo (3 sets of pure torture for me).Hi lads, was going to purchase 2 2x10svt av ampegs with a pf500 head but just wondering is there any other good options out there?I will not be going through PA or bass bins so I'll be holding my own with a drummer, guitarist and acoustic rock/blues.
Hope to hear suggestions
