best small recording device

i need something small and eaisily storable that a non tech head can opperate

I have the Sessions I/O, and absolutely love it. Built like a brick, about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Two 1/4 imputs and an XLR imput. Came with the outstanding Guitar Rig 3, which has bass, guitar, and vocal effects. Also NI Kore Player, a MIDI suite, and Pop Drums add-on. Cubase LE 4. I tried Audacity prior to buying this, but most common soundcards except recording-specific ones are gonna give you some degree of latency issues. The entire package was about $130, and is super easy to use, even for beginners. I was making some good demos right out of the box. Highly recommended !
