Best smelling cases

What a strange question.........

 

Definitely Fender cases. They're pretty awesome. The downside is that the bass will smell like them if it hasn't been taken out in a few days.

My Tobias case smelled kind of like vanilla, mmm. My stingray case smells like carcinogenic chemicals.

Worst was def. my Am Jazz. Open the case in the house and within minutes everyone was asking "*** is that funky smell?!?!?!" I bought it NEW!

Never did go away either.

 

Not that the case is any good, but my SKB smells like 'new car' and has now for about 2 years.

 

CNB hardshell cases smell like eucalyptus.
I never in my life smelled a case like that.

 

+1 on the Ric. I LOVE the Ric smell. I used to keep my 4003 in the case just so I could open it and smell it.

my les paul had by far the worst.. it smelled like toxic syrup

 

I havn't taken the time to smell my Peavey case.

I guess thats a good thing, as its not a strong one...so both good/bad both ways i guess...

 

TKL Cases. Keep that new case smell forever. In fact I keep my acoustic guitar in one just so it smells new too.

I love the smell of my SKB.

The modulus case smells like ... nothing.
the Gator case... nothing special...
the Ibanez ATK.. like tobacco.. }
The Ibanez Case for the SR506.. smells good.

 

Newer fender molded cases smell like toxic crap. The older ones smell great. That's about the only one that has really jumped to me.

I like the smell of G&G cases especially with Alembics in them!

I've had my Fender for four years and the case still smells. And as Indi86 said, it makes the bass smell too (I have limited space here at school so I keep it in the case).

 

Me too. SKB makes some good smelling cases.
