Best Sub-woofer for Taurus iii?

Solution found: I did get the new Mackie DLM-12S sub-woofer. It mates perfectly with my JBL Eons...the sub reproduces the lowest portion of the Taurus very well and the JBL's cover the higher range quite nicely. By using the flexible crossover system in the Mackie you can free up the JBL's so that they sound much better than if they were trying to cover the entire range. Nothing very conceptually but the resulting sound gives me what I want: accurate sound of all my instruments including the Taurus III's rumble. What IS new is the approach of the DLM series: smaller size, less weight, and very clever electronics/design.

Thank you to all of you that offered ideas!
