Then you must have the fretted Bassoguitar; the fretless one has a longer neck in proportion to the body. And the Ronaldo bass looks to me to be BIGGER than any Bassoguitar.

Cool, thanks, but mine's fretless, it's got the more guitar-like body - it does have fret lines, though. Never had frets, they're just painted on. I forget about the longer-bodied peanut shaped one, those were/are fretted? That Ronaldo might be bigger, haven't had mine out in a month or so, wasting away in the back bedroom, time to dig it out and practice! Will have to look it up.

Frankly, I'm more intrigued by the strapping arrangement; I have Bassoguitars too. The Ronaldo bass neck seems to meet the body at the seventh to ninth fret, as does the neck on the fretted Bassoguitar, and as would the neck on a DB, if DBs had frets.
