I like heathly, and "unfortunetaly" healthy is a bit closer to skinny than big.
The average height of a female in the US right now is 5'4.
The healthy weight for that height is 132-138. Now anything over 138 is considered overweight but she would not be in the obese catergory until she hit 170. Most females I know that are in the correct weight for their height feel they are fat due to what is considered the norm on TV.
Most women can carry up to 20% over their top tier weight and carry it well and still be very attractive with ZERO negative health consequences.
Most females at 5'4 this 115 is "healthy" and to me it is gross. Go eat a sammich.
