So today I picked up one And I have to admit I really love it. For the price I got to say this is a really affordable nice fuzz. The Pedal I was really looking into was to Swollen Pickle, but it was a little out of my range. But, this pedal really works well with a bass. It gives a really nice warm fuzz that you just have to love. It also gives it a pretty nice sustain as well. Anyone else like these bad boys?

  2. alot of people do, just wait till you start modding it and you will find a whole new world of love for that pedal.

Is there any good comparison between the BBM and the RBM?

  4. This is currently my fave for less OTT stuff. I love me Electronix Messdrive, but it's a bit "all or nothing" and for some gigs I want a bit more subtlety.

Another great thing about the my Russki Muff is when I back off the Bass' volume to about half, it cleans up a bitfor a less aggressive sound.

  5. If you want a little more mild sound, jump one of the diodes in the first diode circuit and put an LED in the other, sounds AMAZING. Which ever guitar in my band is playing rhythm at the time hates that pedal because it takes needing a rhythm guitarist out the band equation. :hyper::bassist:

Uh, you might want to reword your question.

Are you asking for clips, or opinions?

Because, IMO, the Bass Big Muff isn't half as fantastic as the Russian Muff, but it can be a lot more useful in a whole bunch of situations.

  8. Chris Wolstenholme and myself, among others.

  9. love mine... OC2 -> RBM in the middle octave is nasty.
