I want to put together in a pedalboard
    Big ones
    Boss gt—1b
    Digitech whammy dt
    Vt bass dlx
    Mid sized
    Sadowsky preamp
    Xotix xblender
    Small ones
    Boss ceb3 bass chorus

That are all the pedals i own besides my dbx160a compressor.

What is your budget and are you looking for big name brands or are you open to "boutique" brands?

You're looking for a pedalboard that will hold all the pedals you have, right?

For starters, lay your pedals out on the floor in the configuration you want them to be in, then measure that area to determine how big of a board it needs to be. You may find that getting two boards is the better option for ease of transportation.

A large Pedaltrain board might be over budget - but you might find something like Gator Cases to be affordable. If you don't need a hard case, even better.
