Just listened to the album again (it's been in heavy rotation since the summer!) and it is really one of my favorites from 2013. Solid songwriting if you ask me. A friend of mine wanted to like it but couldn't get past RK's vocals, which is too bad.
I think MP did a great job with just being a solid rock drummer and not going way out there and hitting a million different drums and cymbals. Really hope that follow up record is being fast tracked because I feel like this band has a lot more to say!
