I'd call Scott and talk to him about what you do with your playing. I haven't spoken to him personally although I do own a birdsong, and it is of amazing quality. I understand he's a very straightforward guy though and wants you to be happy with whatever instrument you choose, so he should steer you in the right direction.
Myself, I'm more of a functional guy over aesthetics in instruments, so the corto would be my choice.

Never played a Sadhana, but a Corto 2 with Chromes is tonaly diverse, sounds smooth, and feels great.

I used to own a Sadhana, never played a Corto2. His instruments are of very high quality. Do you think you would prefer the two soapbars of the Corto2, or the neck single coil and bridge humbucker of the Sadhana?
Also, what body shape do you prefer?

I'm biased towards the Hum/Single standard pickup configuration that Scott uses, I LOVE IT. It's capable of "big and deep" with both pickups, as well as "midrangey nasty" with the bridge pickup soloed.
So my opinion is based on that, and I'd say Sadhana for that reason. I agree with the others, give Scott a call...dude loves to talk music and guitars. He'll tell it straight, based on what you're application is.
