Anyone here have pics, or own a black and gold bass. Any model/brand. I'm just trying to get the look down in my head. I love that color combo but know know how it'd look on a bass.

my accu-bass is a black and gold sunburst. there's little or no orange in it. i should be downloading pics of it today or tomorrow.

if you do a google image search of "epiphone accu-bass" pics of black gold sunburst will come up. it's a nice look.

Althought I REALLY like that bass, i was talking more about maybe black body, gold pickgaurd, gold hardware, etc.

I like that bass though, nice colors.

To me, the original (from the 80's) Yamaha BB5000 is the perfect black & gold bass.

I love the limited edition (2006 I think) EB MM Stingray. Try and find some pictures of that. All black with gold hardware, looked awesome!

Parts bass or not, that bass is the cats pajamas! Know what you mean about never parting with it. Sometimes you build up so much history with something, that not having it anymore is pretty unthinkable.

I don't play my old Ric nearly as much as I should (Fenders these days), but I wouldn't sell it for anything!
