I was reading and viewing (youtube) an interesting lecture from this guy Phil Schneider (now deceased) who used to dig tunnels for the US government. I won't bother with a link, if you want to, you can google his name for the info.

It gets into all sorts of references to black budgets and black ops, underground camps and other not so nice things.

Is this stuff real or more bull dung from the easter moose?


any info or debunking of mis-info is appreciated.

I don't know...I just tried to look the guy up on Wiki and all of his entries were deleted. Obviously "they" are trying to silence him for some reason.

Seriously though, I have no idea what exactly this guy was saying is going on. However, "black" projects, ops and budgets go on all the time. All the first and second gen stealth tech was "black." The government's built secret bunkers to house politicos in the case of a nuclear war. Heck, even the Manhattan project was "black." It goes on and on.

I was "augmented" by just such a "black project".

As is the case in most of these situations I was left hideous and nonrelevant to the "civilized" world.

Of course there are black ops in the US and most other large countries. And in some countries they are funded by black budgets. Where do you think all the CIA's drug profits go? I've never heard of Phil Schneider but you don't have to dig tunnels for the gov. to know these things. There might be something like this going on in Mumbai, India right now
