Hey, Ive been gassing over the black top p bass for awhile, but I have a few questions, first is it passive or active? and could a music man sting ray set of pickups fit in there along with a preamp?

It's definitely passive. Dunno if it'll take a Music Man humbucker. I went for the Blacktop Jazz.
