Blending Dirt Pedals?

I currently ow an EHX BBM and a Fulltone Bassdrive. I'm contemplating using the BBMs Dry mode to blend in my Bassdrive. Good? Bad? Thanks.

I've run a Bass BB Preamp (which sounds very similar to the Bassdrive) into the BBM set to dry mode and it sounds great. Since you already have the pedals, just do it.
