I recently picked up this Sonic Blue semi-hollow Jazz. My good friend Mike Stoker is a respected Memphis tech/luthier who is now doing custom builds. Nice warm tone as you'd expect from a semi-hollow. At 75, I sure didn't need another bass, but this one definitely hit my "hot button"!

Very nice! I think Fender Japan made a Jazz with an F-hole for a while, too, always thought they looked sweet.

And what's being 75 got to do with getting another bass? The heart wants what the heart wants!

Ha ha!!! I always wondered what I'd look like with the bald look. If I knew it would pull women THAT good-looking I'd go for it!!! Thanks for the laugh!! It actually looks like my son up in New Jersey!
