The good one's are the Jabbra's... they are a bit chunky... but they have the BEST sound, and clarity you will find. And i used it when i was a truck driver, nothing sounded better then those.
On a side note... if you dont spend near the $100 mark your going to get crap...
Anything also that goes with your phone (RAZR bluetooth set) for example... works like crap they are out for money.
Went through about 12 different one's till i got the Jabbra BT800
I started out with Jabra BT620s and they're working out pretty well. I just wish the on/off button wasn't the huge call button on the side. They're practically always on, but the battery life is good it really doesn't matter.
check out the aliph jawbone. It's pretty much the pinnacle of bluetooth headsets right now. Or if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg, you could check out the Blueant x3 micro. Great headset, cheap, and looks nice as well.

One of my friends has Logitech Mobile Freedom Bluetooth headset which he claims to like, but as many people say, the volume could be a louder on it, and otherwise from that its fine.
I also recommend personally, the Motorola HS850 Bluetooth Headset. That thing is great. I love the booms that can fold in or out, great life on it, and I like the design of the buttons. Check it out.

I have a Plantronics 510 and love it. I had a Jabra and actually hated it. I dont blame the brand as much as the form factor. The on ear types don't sound as clear as the in ear type. I got mine on ebay for $35.00 and it is solid, loud and clear.
Plantronics Discovery 655, can get for around $60 new on ebay.
Best combination of sound quality/portability/ease of use I've seen, I use it every day with my Treo.
Well thought out design means you can charge it with a battery, supplied charger or via usb cable. They give you a little holster with a clip, and the holster will vibrate if you get called while headset is in holster. It's lots of little things like that that make it a great overall bt headset. IMO of course

+1 on the Plantronics. You don't look like a cyborg freak wearing it, and after it being on your ear for 2 min, it's so comfy you forget it's there. My secretary says the voice quality rivals a land line, which is also very important.
