Bongo 6 H-S?

I saw him with an H-S on the prog nation tour 2009. Opening song he used his silver h-s bongo 6. I just really like the look of the bongo and from what all you described, its got the sound i want too.

But, AFAIK, John Myung doesn't play an H/S, so he still wont get the tone he is after.

JK but yeah I like them too, but they are pretty expensive so I would just get one used.

I was close to buying a Bongo hs, because I got a ridiculous deal, but I found the hh config much better sounding. My advice is try before you buy. IMO 2 hrs is not a long drive for a bass.
