I have the opportunity to trade for a Bongo 5, but have never played one. I've searched and researched, but one comment someone made has me concerned.
When standing, is the reach on a Bongo more of a stretch than say a typical Jazz Bass? I know this is supposed to be ergo designed and all, but I look at the arrangement and the bridge is located a ways forward from the butt end. Not so with Sterlings and Stingrays. Does this plus the Bongo shape result in a longer reach to the end o' the neck?
