Cool to hear him talk through his evolution; a 4x18 stack on each side of the stage (and a 415 for the mids!), 4 parallel outputs to the pedalboard, always chasing more tone

I would give a left body part to meet that guy.....he just seems like the kinda guy who would hang and talk for hours about anything. He seems like a genuine down to earth, humble, super nice guy.

he lives in Cincy, what i love is this is literally every midwestern basement with that wood paneling. no mansion man cave for bootsy! just funk with what you got.

you can tell he's getting older, i know he stopped touring and just does studio stuff now, but his excitement is still evident.

So fun fact... if you ever happened to call the Guitar Center in Cincinnati somewhere around 2000ish (give or take a year or so) and started peppering a pro audio salesman with Pro Tools questions about your Digi002... there is a very real possibility that I may have handed you off to Bootsy Collins.

Very cool. Now I need to go try using the morely emulation I have on my bass signal. It never occurred to me it was a bass effect.
