i've got a pedal planned in my head at the moment which would split your signal into 4 bands <200hertz, 200 - 900hertz, 900 - 4k hertz and >4k hertz, i'm then going to apply distortion after each of the bands which can be turned on or off etc and maybe an effects loop to each band before the distortion. i'm not sure whether to have seperate outputs for each band or to have a blend at the end for them all, or to have an optional switch between the two?
anyone else have other ideas i could add to this? if anyone could point me to somewhere i can get quite large enclosures to that would be awesome!
