Is this worth it, bootsy is amazing and wouldn't endorse a piece of crap but im not sure if its worth $130. It looks cool though

I own it and I really like it. It's got a great amount of sweep and you can get a lot of different wah tones out of it. It has a three position tone switch, low, mid and high for the wah. The fuzz is vintage sounding and pretty messy at high vols. but you can blend it down nicely to mix with the wah. At high vols the fuzz kind of overpowers the wah and sucks out some of your low end and definition as well. But that is the age old problem w/ bass distortion. I'm very happy with it. I didn't pay $130.00 for it though. $119.99 @ Musicians Friend.
That's not true, he definitely would. Great bassist, fun-seeming dude, not a good endorser. Look at the superbad video. Is he using a Bootzilla wah? No. He's not.
That said, I found a Bootzilla in an empty store so I got to play with it for like 30 minutes with no one else playing to interfere with my judgment, and I really loved the sound of the wah, which I can't say for any other wah ever. I didn't end up buying it, because I don't think foot-controlled wah is for me, but if I had one, it would be the Bootzilla.

Unfortunately, like Onion said, he certainly would. Just look at the various commercially-produced "Bootsy basses" on the market. Crapola. I love Bootsy's musicianship, but when it comes to endorsements he's just collecting an easy paycheck, nothing more.
I had a lot of trouble with mine, but now I love it.
