OK, apologies for the 'please-vote-for-my-band' style plug, but...

Please vote for my band!!!!!!!!!!!!:hyper:

We're in the semi finals of a regional Battle of the Bands competition, bands with the most online votes go through to the final. Winner of the final gets to play at a festival supporting The Selector, Scouting for Girls, Brand New Heavies and other English bands you may not have heard of!

Now, all the bands in the competition have bass players, but they don't have bass players who are regular lurkers on TB, so support your bretheran, please find time to click on the link and vote for my band, I am the Dice.

I couldn't listen here at the day job, but I voted for You guys anyway to be supportive of Our little community here... I'll revisit and listen this afternoon when I get home!

IMO- To further promote, within tasteful reason I'd try the usual avenues of Facebook, Myspace, reverbnation, twitter and the like. Just dont go too over the top with those avenues as You can potentially overspam Your fan base.

ya got my vote.
Liked the tune and the idea of a country western balled/northern Euro folk song with an English(?) accent (no insult meant if you guys are from somewhere else). Way to think outside the box, made me think of Texas and Ireland at the same time. :D

Sorry boss I voted for Vex with a tough call for Lost at Seven.

I wish you the best of luck because I do love the brand new heavies.

I also really hope you don't lose to the current #1 spot Bad Touch, I found them to be awful, some of the other bands suck too but how they have the most votes is shocking...

essentre - it works ok for me and I'm on firefox, but computers are a mystery to me and don't do as they should too often, I hope you manage to get on it later!

Diabolus - fair play mate, Vex were pretty good, the singer was there when we won our heat and we spent a bit of time chatting to him, he was a nice guy. When they did their heat they played their whole 30 min set with no breaks between songs, rolling each song into the next. That must take some doing!
