Does anyone know where I could get the sheet music for this? I looked on Google and only found a cello transcription of the bass part of the violin/bass duo.

Probably stupid question, have you looked at IMSLP? Category:Bottesini, Giovanni - IMSLP: Free Sheet Music PDF Download
Found it. It's published by Billaoudot. You can order it from Europe or have a local vendor order it for you. I find ordering direct from Europe faster.
