So i decided to buy a power amp to go with my sans amp as a back up. It'sa Behringer inuke 1000. It sounds great but my question is:

I can hook up my sans amp via it's DI output and via an instrument cable. I couldn't really hear much of a difference at home so i'll have to try it again during practice. But which output should i be using?

it's the sans amp BDDI programmable

The instrument cable is fine for short runs. If for some reason you wanted to have a long cable between the SansAmp and the power amplifier, then an XLR cable would be better. The XLR cable will reject noise better if the cables is long, if it's a short run there should be little to no difference.
