The important thing is that I shift after the second high F#: a lot of people shift after the harmonic A (which is totally fine and I've done it in the past), but that outlines a phrasing that emphasizes and then comes away from each beat ("2 and 3 and") rather than a phrase that goes towards each beat ("and 2 and 3"). It's a subtle difference and both ways of thinking produce the effect of the offbeats being quieter than the beats, but to me the "and 2 and 3" phrasing leads to the arrival on beat one of 60, whereas the "2 and 3 and" phrasing kinda makes beats 2 and 3 their own gestures.
