Breaking Period for LaBella DTB Flatwounds?

I suspect the neck. Is it a new bass? New necks sometimes take time to stabilize. I can’t vouch for the tuners, but I wouldn’t suspect the strings as the issue.
Thanks for all the constructive comments - appreciate the depth of insight.

It is a new Yamaha BB234 - I use BT Tuner on my iPhone and am only tweaking maybe half a note to tune it. Still in the 'green' band on the display, just not perfectly centered.

I did notice a larger swing after a long day of rain, so humidity apparently is a factor since the music room is not a conditioned space. Not really an inconvenience but when others don't need to tune up, I figure something is up!

I'm tempted to install Hipshot Ultralite USA tuners to eliminate any issue...

May have found a fault in my bass keeping tune - the tuners were just a tad loose in the mounting screws, so after a tightening (and a reintonation on one string!), it sounds clearly truer in tone. The neck also has the slightest amount of bow too - I'll get to that too.

Nonetheless, the OEM tuners weigh 79 grams each - that's about 3/4 of a pound for the four of them. So, I've ordered Hipshot Ultralite USA tuners to eliminate any further issues and hoepfully cure the little neck dive I deal with...
