Breedlove Black Magic vs. B3?

Does anyone know what's the difference between the Breedlove Black Magic bass and the Breedlove Black Bass B3?
Do they have the same electronics?
Is one of them newer?
I'm having a lot of trouble finding info on these.
It looks like Breedlove discontinued one of them or something.
