Bridge buzzing

I just bought a Fender modern player telecaster bass, and I'm having some buzzing issues.

The A and D strings buzz, but it's at the bridge, more specifically it seems to be at the saddles.

I haven't touched the set up of the action, so thus far its 100% factory set up.
Any tips or suggestions would be very welcome thanks!

I'd loosen the strings to look whether they are twisted. That's the only thing which springs to mind right now.

Sounds like the saddle springs to me....try a little tape on em to see if that stops the buzz.

Yeah, it's probably the springs - it happens sometimes, and all you have to do is move them around a little 'til they quit buzzing... Also, make sure both saddle height screws are making contact with the bridge baseplate on each saddle...

I also have a Modern Player Tele, and it is definitely the springs. Mine had the same issue when it arrived. Like Georgestrings said, just futz with 'em until it goes away.

You could take the springs out and stretch it out a little so that its tighter when re-assembled.

Thanks for the help guys, first thing I tired was lowering the action just a fraction, to make sure it was in contact with the bridge baseplate (Thanks georgestrings!), and it seems to have done the trick. At least for now, so if the problem comes back I'll be sure to try the other remedies!

If it was a saddle height screw that backed out from making solid contact, you might want to get some blue locktite, back each screw out a few threads, apply a spot of locktite, then run them back in... It's not uncommon for Fender saddle height screws to back themselves out, unless some sort of locking agent is applied to their threads... I prefer blue locktite(medium strength, removeable), but many have also used clear fingernail polish with good results...
