Bridge recommendations?

I have this Carvin BB75 I just purchased recently. It has the older Wilkinson TW5 bridge. It's footprint is 3.5x2.5" and the three rear holes are 3" apart.

I have been looking at the Babicz, the Hipshot A Style .75 (because of reviews and the rear screw holes are the same spots) and the Schaller bridge and of course the Badass V.

I am open to suggestions and also some sort of unbiased reason would help too.

i'm not a big "new bridge!" guy, but those old wilkinsons were indeed a rickety design, and probably worth upgrading.

Do you think brass or aluminum is better?

According to Hipshot, the aluminum will boost your mids/highs while the brass will boost your bass. IME, the boost is not hugely noticeable.

The aluminum bridges are definitely solid feeling. If your bass neck-dives easily, you might use the brass bridge to add a little counter-weight. If the bass is too heavy, you might use the aluminum bridge.

I love Hipshot's stuff, and much of it is made in the USA!
