Double Bass Bright sounding strings

Hallo everyone - back after a long time.

Here's my actual question:
I had a set of velvet garbos on a very deep sounding bass. This instrument is rather designed for orchestral purposes (it is a Wilfer solo). Now Thomastik Belcantos or similar rather mellow sounding strings is just too much of a good thing. It already was a bit too much low end with the garbos .... I think they would match an inexpensive and more shallow sounding bass. For my purposes - and that is pizzicato most of the time - I'd probably need some bright and brillant strings. Is there something that you guys would recommend just for this? - - I tried to use search function indeed but no success ...

Spiro or perpetual.

Edited to add details since I'm no longer on my phone:

Spiro is the classic bright string used by people who pizz. I like some of them under the bow too.

Perpetuals are newer and may have a more modern feel, but a fairly similar sound. I had them on my bass for a while, and they're really loud under the bow, but were a touch too harsh for my needs (arco classical).

I vote perpetuals I think they’re a little more bright/growly than spiros at least on my bass

spirocores are popular for a reason.

i'd definitely reccomend tempra hybrid if you can get a set. they're very bright in a very organic way, and the low tension really lets the bass vibrate happily and freely.

Corellis (370TX) can be quite bright too.

I have found Zyex to be somewhat bright.

Spirocores are the standard for brightness. Lot of orchestra players are using them now. Also get your soundpost adjusted. That can really influence the brightness
