Brownsville Basses

I recently purchased a new acoustic bass, the company is brownsville, and i can not find anything on the internet about them, i was wondering if anyone could just give me some generl info about them, thanks

I've never seen their basses but a few years back that brand name was used on a series of quasi-Danelectro guitars with sparkly finishes that were just plain junk.
