Ive had an offer to trade my lakland 55-02 for one of these and was just curious about the sound of these. Im getting rid of the Lakland because it doesnt work for me in the band mix(prog rock/metal) and i found that i dont need a 5 string bass. What kind of mid range do these have, is it the famous Warwick low mid growl, or is it gonna be similar to the Lakland in terms of sound. Im posting a song of the band im in, and no its not for blatant advertising of us lol. Just to give you an idea of the sound that i want to further improve. This clip has my Ibanez 640 which has a lovely low mid tone to it.
