Burns Split Sound 6 String Bass

can you tell me best gauge strings for this great instrument:

This is not mine.My Burns is a lefty one(no picture yet) and it is
in a very good condition but without the tremolo.

Any string set made for the Fender Bass VI should work. Fender and Danelectro both make sets. Looks like D'Addario and LaBella also make sets. I've always just used the Fender ones!

Actually, Bass VI sets won't work

Bassman62 has one of these basses, they are actually guitar-scale basses. Micro-scale!
