Just wanted to pass on the word about the fantastic Butt Cradle seat pad i just received today. I'm a stool user and after days of hours upon hours of playing the lower back gets way to stressed for me to play comfortably. For any of you who want the comfort of say a roc-n-soc in a nice wooden stool from target for 20$ get a Butt Cradle. 20$ for the stool (if you don't already have one) and 35$ for the pad its plenty less than a high end stool. Got it shipped nice and quick and i'm using it for a rehearsal tonight. So check it out. I couldn't recommend it enough.
