Buying Internationally off Ebay

Looking at buying something from an eBay seller in Japan (not bass related) and wanted to see what tips the board has. The seller is highly rated and the pics aren't generic photos pulled from the internet. Any other things I should look out for? And what are my responsibilities for making sure the item gets through customs? Thanks

I doubt you have any responsibilities regarding customs. The seller will have to handle that. And for buyer protection, it’s hard to beat eBay’s policies. Seller protection is another thing entirely.
