C4 Synth vs. Future Impact3 Editor Software

For those of you who have both:

In your opinion, which EDITOR SOFTWARE is easier to use for the common person? I have the Future Impact V3, and I can't literally do anything in the editor software--it's super frustrating.
Is the the C4 editing software more user friendly?
Maybe editor software isn't for me??!!

I don't have any impact with the Future Impact V3.

I got the C4 a few days ago and haven't dived deep into it but so far the Neuro Desktop editor is a breeze to use. I haven't really tried using the Neuro mobile app yet.

I'll also say that I tried the Aftershock years ago and hated it and the Neuro interface. From my understanding they changed things quite a bit. Even if they didn't and it's just me, it doesn't get in the way of getting inspired to play new things.

I would say the C4 editor software is definitely a bit more user friendly - and also is greatly aided by the ability to demo, download, and tweak user-created sounds. Many of which are absolutely fantastic and should cover most of your synth sound needs and desires.

There is also a solid community around the Future Impact with many people sharing their patches and sounds: Future Impact Patch sharing thread
Not quite as instantaneous and the path sharing through Source Audio's Neuro app, but can really help you get some good sounds together if indeed editor software is not for you.

I no longer have an FI but I found the C4 editor way easier to use.
