Does anyone have some advice with troubleshooting an issue with using a DMC Micro to scroll presets on the C4 Synth? I have searched and can't find anyone with this issue, wondering if my DMC micro may be going bad.
Sometimes my DMC Micro works fine scrolling to select my presets on the C4 Synth. However, pretty much every time I power on I have to power off the DMC at least once adjust the USB cable and power back on to make sure they connect. I have just dealt with this issue for months, but now it's getting worse. The DMC loose connection and stop scrolling even after it's already working while I'm playing. Also, today the DMC froze a few times.
My firmware is up to date on both units.
Any ideas or resources?
