Okay, I have an Ampeg B2RE, SVT-1510, SVT-410HE and a SVT-210HE. I'd like to use all three cabinets but ampeg recommends not connecting more than two 8 ohm cabinets because they don't want you going lower than 4 ohms. What would be the best (2) cab combo...the 1510 with the 410? The 410 with the 210 or the 1510 with the 210?
In order to utilize all (3) cabs, I tried the following:
I connected the 1510 and the 410 to the B2RE.
I have a second bass head (Peavey MegaBass) that I connected to the direct out of the B2RE and connected the 210 to that. It works pretty well and I can adjust the volumes separately between the 210 and the other two cabs.
Bad idea to connect all three cabs to the B2RE?
Better to just stick with (2) cabs? Only playin small gigs
