It's TB shorthand for ''all your options are suckage''.

Originally someone posted a poll and someone found all the options disagreeable so they voted ''carrots!" in the thread. Ever since there has been a ''Carrots'' option added to many polls.

Yep you're right. When I'm playing through my Orange 8x10 I'm always thinking "if only this were a Peavy; I could accurately portray bass and power". Coincidentally Orange cabs are Carrot themed.

Well the Orange is just as heavy and probably cost about 2K more so they may have a little point.

As far as value? Peavey is "good" it's known for its nearly indestructible products. Heck, I have literally pulled two peavey combos out of the trash. One was during a rain storm!!! The darn thing still worked!!!!
Do they sound as good as my Eden rig, or my Ampegs? No.
Are they great gear for the money? (Especially the used market) YES
