Listen you are kind of going down a rabbit hole where there will be so many things that can make a slight difference in quality for recording. A guitar cable plays a small but noticeable part in that.

with out getting to technical, resistance and capacitance are the factors you will hear. The general excepted fact is that guitar cables over 18 feet long will start to roll off high end. So you will hear a difference between a 10foot and an 25 foot cable. But it’s arguable if you will hear a difference between a 3foot and a five foot cable

Recording has so much to go into a “higher quality” sound. Just start researching sample rates, bit rates, analogue to digital converts, transformers in direct boxes.

Try not to get to caught up in one specific thing. Have fun. Hopfully that helps

Look into “Intex Cables” these guys cable up recording studios and TV studios, they also sell some nice guitar cables.

I already have 10-20ft Proel Die Hard cables. I thought I should have also 1 short more hi-end cable.

Don't sell yourself short by using a long 3' cable. These are the way to go if you want the best sound from your recordings. These noiselessly connect your bass directly to your interface without the capacitance and noise of a cable. All the top session players use these:

All cables are pretty much the same in terms of effective quality. I remember an old (gullible) audiophile boss of mine who said that on hifi equipment you have to spend a good £100+ on cables - I laughed. Those RipOffInc cables costing hundreds of ££££ give no better results than cheap £5 cables. For an audiophile dog/cat it may be different, but for the average human the differences will be totally imperceptible.
