calling marshall MB users... (clip request)

ive been looking around for a particular sound, and the marshall MB just might have it. trouble is, im not finding anything helpful on youtube and ive never seen one in a store.

im interested in the blend function. what i would essentially like to do is achieve a bi-amped sound with it. a clean fundamental and low mid, no top end, and an overdriven high midrange.

in theory, i make a thumpy modern channel, and blend it to taste with an anemic grindy top end. the EQ seems sufficient for this, but id like to hear it practiced before i inquired further.

would anyone be willing to tinker around with this idea and possibly record it for me?

It's a blendable preamp, essentially 2 preamps in one, but not in any way is it biampable. That's a whole 'nother thing. Search, plenty of MB threads in the recent past.

completely mis-read my post.

bi-amped SOUND of a driven top end and clean bottom end, which with the given EQ should work. i just need to hear it in practice first.
