Can anyone help with this Hi-A pickup?

I got this pickup in a handmade bass my uncle made decades ago. I have had no luck finding out anything about it, other than it's an old Bartolini. If anyone can help me with wiring I can try to wire it into a spare bass to see if it even works.

To recap: all I know is it's an old Bartolini and it's a humbucker, and it was butchered by my novice soldering skills about 10 years ago. Looking to try to get it up and running now.

I have a couple myself, though ot installed. If you have a multimeter, you can check to make sure it's still healthy. If memory serves (I'm at work at the moment), the resistance should be 7.2 kOhms.
