Can anyone identify this bass?

Seen in the Firelands symphony orchestra in Ohio. Sorry for the blurry pictures, low light.
It’s a p bass type with a hipshot D tuner.

I'd agree on the Lull headstock ID. For reference, here's the back of my Lull M4V. So, I'd say some Lull P model with the player using a clip on tuner on the opposite side of the tuners.
