Can anyone identify this circuit board?

Hello, all.

I have decided to learn how to repair/upgrade my instruments' electronics myself instead of taking them to a tech. As part of that process, I am collecting and trying to identify all the bits and pieces I have had lying around which accumulated in my drawer over the years, which brings me to this object:

It is a circuit board with a switch and a trim pot. It is attached to a volume pot and a tone pot plus a pickup selector switch. I think it's about 10-20 years old or more but it has no identifying brand.

Anyone have any idea what the heck this is? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

No idea regarding who made it or what it was in, but my educated guess is that it's a buffer circuit with a boost (via the trim pot). Assuming it's a 2-way switch, it's most likely bypass and active/boost.

There is an LF441 op amp chip on it so I'm guessing some kind of preamp or boost.

I agree with @Thud Staff that it's the older model of EMG PA2. Even found a pic of a place selling those with that model as the image:

These are great to have if you have a low output instrument that sounds good, but doesn't match others for output level or needs to punch the amp a little harder in general.

Wow, It's a better piece of kit than I expected. 81 Euros is quite a bit.
